To ensure a smooth buying and selling process, Denise keeps herself up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and uses them to promote her listings and assist her clients with their home search. To remain ahead in the competitive real estate industry, Denise attends conferences, continuing education classes, and workshops to expand her knowledge. Her commitment to learning is apparent, as evidenced by her completion of the state of Maine Designated Broker Class in June 2008, which resulted in her obtaining a Broker license in October of the same year. Additionally, she has earned the prestigious GRI designation (Graduate Realtor® Institute). Denise's involvement in the REALTOR® organization is impressive, having served as President for the Greater Bangor Association of REALTORS®, REALTOR® of the Year for 2014 & 2015, and being a member of the Maine Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She also has experience working with short-term rental properties. In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog Krissy on the beautiful coast of Maine.
